Romana, a visionary entrepreneur and author who co-founded the company in 2004. With a passion for design and text and a love for the planet she incorporates her green free spirited philosophy into everything she does, including her extensive travels to over 60 countries (Photo Book), which inspire her creative ideas. Along with her design expertise, she brings a wealth of knowledge from her background in literature, arts and music - having published books for the Austrian and International Education sector (www.austrian-music-education.at and www.zeitreise-musik.at). Her dedication to the company's values is what drives her to lead with purpose and create a positive impact on the world.

Roland is a tech enthusiast who grew up with the early internet and co-founded the company in 2004. Starting with assembling computers in 1990, his world has always been shaped by 0s and 1s, and he was an early web pioneer—launching one of the first travel blogs before the term existed. Today, his focus is on AI and emerging technologies. As an AI-native engineer, he works hands-on with agentic coding, voice agents, and real-world AI implementations, and is available as a speaker and trainer for AI-related topics. Calm, humble, and forward-thinking, he provides the company with a steady hand and clear vision for the future.
Green is the new Black.
Markus, our Senior Developer, has been with the company for over 15 years and is a tech guru from the very beginning. Calm, focused, and relentlessly solution-oriented, he tackles even the most complex challenges with ease. Alongside his deep expertise in Drupal and server management, Markus embraces modern AI-assisted development and automation to build smarter, more resilient systems. Known for his signature black attire and his habit of arriving by foot or bicycle - rain or shine - he has mentored many young developers over the years and remains a trusted cornerstone of our technology and team.
The Next Generation Thinks Green
Tobias is a true digital native with a passion for everything web and AI. Constantly learning and exploring new technologies, he may be one of the first developers to build his career almost entirely with AI at its core.
A dynamic and friendly team player, he enjoys collaborating across disciplines and is surprisingly versatile—contributing not only to development but also to print and branding projects, where his strong eye for design stands out. When he’s not coding, you’ll usually find him spending time with his furry best friend, his dog.

We exclusively use Fairtrade products whether it's gifts for our clients or promotional items, we ensure that every product aligns with our values. Additionally, our office serves exclusively Fairtrade coffee, tea and snacks, further reflecting our dedication to supporting fair and sustainable trade practices.

We regularly support Non profit organisations which help to provide education and hope for a better future to disadvantaged children. Through monthly donations and ongoing annual support, we're making a difference and creating a brighter tomorrow for those who need it most.
Supporting Our Community
We believe in supporting our local community, therefore we have established a meaningful partnership with our local zoo. The Zoo Linz is participating in the European Breeding Program for the highly endangered Red Panda species. Our partnership allows us to contribute to the well-being of these and all other fascinating animals while promoting awareness and understanding of wildlife conservation. We also adopted two Meerkats as they are embodying the spirit of community and collaboration which also drives our business and open-source software success.
